Career: Chinese Speaking Account Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chinese Speaking Account Manager to join our team as a full-time employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our Chinese-speaking clients.

Job Summary:

As a Chinese Speaking Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our Chinese-speaking client base. You will develop relationships with key decision-makers, identify opportunities for growth, and work with our sales and marketing teams to provide outstanding service to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with Chinese-speaking clients

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded

• Identify new business opportunities and work with our sales team to develop strategies for growth

• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services in order to effectively communicate their value to clients

• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

• Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed of project progress and address any issues that arise

• Analyze client data and provide recommendations for improvements

• Prepare reports on client performance and present them to senior management

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English

• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in account management or business development

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of the Chinese business culture and market

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $2500 to $4000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
