We are seeking a talented and experienced Website Developer to join our team as a full-time employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our company’s website.
Job Summary:
As a Website Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying our company’s website, from layout to function. You will collaborate with the marketing and IT teams to ensure that the website is optimized for user experience and functionality.
Job Responsibilities:
• Design, code, and modify our company’s website, from layout to function
• Collaborate with the marketing and IT teams to ensure that the website is optimized for user experience and functionality
• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code by using best software development practices
• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our website
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies
Job Requirements:
• Proven experience as a website developer
• Experience with web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management tools such as Jira and Trello
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Work from home, Philippines
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from PHP 15000 to PHP 40000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
